1. Placing an order

  • How do i create an account? / How do i sign up?

Signing up on tagga.la is very simple: you just need a valid e-mail and an alphanumeric password.

  • How do i order a tag?

In the main Menu, click on “Tag Shop”: choose the tag you like, select color and quantity, then click on “Add to cart”.

  • Can i edit an order?

Yes, you can edit an order, but only before the payment. Contact our customer support at support@tagga.la to edit an order.

  • How do i edit tags quantity in the cart?

Before placing an order you can change the quantity of the tags using +/- buttons.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary with respect of the delivery country, quantity, shipping method. Tagga.la shows you the best trade-off between shipping method and costs by default.

  • Can I only pay in Euro?

No, our payment gateway manages all kind of currencies.

  • Is VAT included?

Yes, it is.

  • May the shipping address be different from the billing one/address?

Yes, before the payment section, you will be asked to fill in the billing address and, if different, the shipping address too.

  • Why do you need my fiscal identification number?

All our products are sent within an invoice. If you are a private customer we need your fiscal identification number to complete the invoice and post you the items.

  • Will i have a discount if ordering a large quantity of items?

Yes, but remember to contact our customer support before placing the order.

  • I am a wholesaler, how do i purchase tags on tagga.la? Contact our customer support at support@tagga.la before placing the order.

  • Which payment method do you take/accept/approve?

Paypal.

  • Should i use credit or debit cards?

Yes, our payment gateway, Paypal, accepts both credit or debit cards even if you are not subscribed to our service.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary with respect of the delivery country, quantity, shipping method.

  • Where do you deliver?

We deliver world wide.

  • How long is the shipping time?

Shipping time varies from 24h to 5 days. It depends on the selected shipping method.

  • Where is my parcel?

As soon as your parcel has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the courier website and the relative tracking number.

  • My parcel has gone lost, what should i do?

Contact immediately our customer support. We will help you to track your parcel.

5. Refunds

  • How do you manage refunds?

Refunds are managed as expected in the *Codice di Consumo*. We suggest you to carefully read our Sales Conditions.

  • How do i request a refund? How long will it take?

  • Which kind of tags is available?

tagga.la offers you a wide choice of tags, different by color and shape. Visit our TagShop where you can find all the the types of available tags. (Some shape or color may be out of stock).

  • How do i activate my Tag?

Inside the package you will find an alphanumeric code. Write this code in the “Activate Tag” section of tagga.la homepage.

  • I have found a tag. What do i do?

If you have an NFC-enabled smartphone, you just need to approach the tag to the back of your smartphone. Otherwise, download tagga.la app and scan the QRcode: your bowser will automatically open a webpage to *signal* the item you have found.

  • Which smartphone/tablet are supported? Which operative systems?

www.tagga.la is designed to be perfectly visualized on every smartphone or tablet on the market. tagga.la app is available for Android smartphone and tablets(Honeycomb and above), and for iPhone and iPod touch (iOS 7.0).

  • How can i download the app?

tagga.la app is available on Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore.

  • I’m having problems in downloading the app, who do i contact?
